Local, grass-fed mutton raised on pasture near Calgary, Alberta. These are younger sheep but older than one year, offering a rich, full flavour and excellent value for roasts, stews, curries and slow-cooked dishes.

• $8.50/lb of finished, cut-and-wrapped meat you receive — not hanging weight.
• Whole animals are expected to yield approximately 40–45lb of packaged meat. Final price is based on the actual packaged weight.
• Cutting and wrapping are included in the price.
• Cuts may include leg, chops, shanks, stew meat, ground mutton, and shoulder, neck and loin roasts.

Pickup & Delivery: Pickup is available at the farm. Delivery to Calgary and surrounding areas is $30. Delivery to other Alberta locations is available, with the delivery fee based on location.
