$12.50 per pound, 35-45 pounds expected for each whole lamb. Reserve your lamb by deposit of $150.00, with the balance due on delivery/ pick up.
Next, a licensed butcher will prepare the whole lamb into cuts, such as lamb chops, leg of lamb, lamb roasts, lamb shank, and boneless stew.
Pickup locations: meet in Airdrie, or at Nature Gully Farm (Acme). Alternative delivery arrangements can be added on.
Only a few lambs remain of this batch, born in July of 2024, and sold by the lamb (not by the cut). The next batch of grassfed lamb will only be available in January of 2026.
Nature Gully Farm lambs are raised grazing outdoors on pasture alongside their mothers, in a low stress, small flock near Calgary. When pastures are buried in snow, lambs are fed quality hay and minerals. Grassfed lamb has a much higher Omega 3 content then lamb fed with grain. Taste the difference!
