Whole Pasture-Raised Lamb — Pre-Order for March 19–20, 2027
Local, grass-fed lamb born June 2026 and raised on pasture near Calgary, Alberta.
$12.50/lb of finished, cut-and-wrapped meat you receive — not hanging weight, which you may see advertised elsewhere.
Whole lambs typically yield 35–45 lb of packaged meat. For example, a 40 lb box is approximately $500.
Cutting and wrapping are included in the price.
Cuts may include: leg of lamb, chops or rack of lamb, shanks, stew meat, and neck, shoulder and loin roasts.
Traditional or Halal
Reserve your whole lamb with a $200 non-refundable deposit. The balance is due when your lamb is ready.
Before processing, we'll email you to confirm your preferred cuts, Traditional or Halal processing, and pickup or delivery.
Pickup & Delivery: Pickup is available at the farm. Delivery to Calgary and surrounding areas is $30. Delivery to other Alberta locations is available, with the delivery fee based on location.
